I use pure coffee granules to make a gorgeous melt in the mouth ganache. If nothing else they are winner with my partner, who can't get enough of them!!

What Makes La Bella Chocolate Special


La Bella Chocolates are made from Callebaut, one of the most famous cocoa bean brands used by artisan chocolatiers around the world. Their cocoa beans are whole roasted, instead of kernel roasted to ensure a rich flavourful tasting chocolate that you will fall in love with.

Sustainability is important to me and I try to use as many ethically sourced ingredients as possible when creating my chocolates.

Much of my packaging is also made from recyclable, eco-friendly and bio-degradable cardboard and materials.

 

About La Bella Chocolate


As a trained therapist/counsellor, I have spent most of my life helping people, however ever since my first job working in a chocolate shop in Oxford, I’ve always loved chocolate. I really enjoy making and baking things and it was only natural that I would create my own chocolates, still making people feel happier, just in a slightly different way!

I am always in the kitchen, cooking up new recipes and experimenting with new ingredients and flavours and I am currently working on La Bella’s vegan and gluten-free chocolate range which should be available in the new year. I’ll also be creating a children’s fun chocolate range as well. Whatever the future holds, what I will create will always be delicious, ethically sourced and eco-friendly.
