FAQs
How long are counselling sessions?
Sessions are usually 50 minutes. We can agree on a time and frequency that feels manageable for you.
How many sessions will I need?
That's entirely up to you. Some people find a few sessions are enough, while others choose longer-term support. I offer open-ended counselling so you can decide what feels right.
How much does counselling cost?
Please contact me directly for my current fees and availability. I'm happy to talk this through before you make a decision.
What if I've never had counselling before?
That's absolutely fine. Many of my clients are new to therapy. Our first chat is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if counselling feels like a good fit for you.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I only work online, I have transitioned into online therapy over the past couple of years to fit in with my own personal family life.
If you would like to have an informal chat about any of my counselling or clinical supervision support please do send me a message.
